Food & drink

The Östarp Inn (Östarps gästgivaregård) serves locally-sourced delicacies from the Skåne region, combined with a hint of influences from other places both near and far, and is open for most of the year. It is currently closed because we are looking for new restaurateurs.

Picnics

Kulturen’s Östarp is a delightful place for a picnic, and you’re free to choose your own picnic spot. Please be considerate of other visitors and make sure you put any rubbish in the bins provided. You are also welcome to barbecue, provided you use the designated barbecue area!

Things to remember when visiting our animals

To make sure that both the animals at Kulturen’s Östarp and our visitors stay healthy, please keep the following in mind:

  • Wash your hands or use hand sanitiser both before and after you touch the animals and before you have anything to eat. Clean hands are important in preventing the spread of infection between animals and humans. Hand sanitiser is provided for your use at several points around the site.
  • Let the animals come to you, don’t chase them!
  • Don’t feed the animals!
