söndag 5 juli 13:00 – 13:30

Join us for an introductory tour of Kulturen and discover some of the museum’s unique historic environments!

During the tour, you will explore parts of the museum park and visit two historic buildings – one representing rural life and one from an urban setting.

The tour introduces the history of Kulturen and explains how the buildings came to the museum.

You will also gain insight into how people lived in different periods of history and how everyday life was shaped by factors such as social class, gender, and the ideals and norms of the time.

After the tour, you are encouraged to continue exploring the museum on your own. A recommended trail to follow is “How Did People Live in the Past?”, which offers further historical perspectives on homes, living conditions, and daily life.

Included in the admission fee, no pre-booking required. The tour starts from the back of the White House, the museum’s main entrance building.
